Roll-over Courses and Sessions between Seasons

Based on course name, season start date or registration start date, you can create seasons for your courses. What's better? You can rollover (duplicate, copy or clone) these seasons, so it saves time and eliminates the burden of manually creating the same courses. You have the ability to filter the courses in a season based on Category, Service, Instructor or Facility. You also have the option to increase the rate for the course by a $ amount or % when rolling over to the new season. Alerts Feature

Alerts can be used to keep your organization in tip-top shape and running smoothly. You can create alerts for any staff member that pulls up a member's account if, let's say, a member left her gloves at the gym or her payment method needs to be updated. Create an alert for a product if there is no return policy or to ensure the product is used outdoors. Alerts can also be created for memberships if a waiver needs to be signed. It's that added touch that keeps everyone in-the-know. Learn more

Facility Booking - Facility Reservation Reporting

You can see individual, multiple or group facility reservation reports from a simple, easy-to-read document. If you have a particular member that reserves the soccer field every Tuesday evening from 6:00-7:30PM, you can create a report that shows date, time, length, facility contract name and even the fees associated to each and all of the reservations.

Course Revenue Plugin Report

Do you want to see how much revenue you made from a course held last season? Or are you interested to see if ballet classes are more popular than karate classes? You can create a customized report for each of your courses or sessions to determine how much revenue was made and if you should provide the classes next time. How awesome is that? Learn more
