Customize Payment Plans
For facility reservations that don’t fit the schedule of a regular payment plan, you can create a custom payment plan template, then customize payments in the shopping cart by specifying the frequency, dates, amounts, or percentages.
View Merged GL Records of Merged Contacts
When you merge duplicate contacts, the system automatically merges their transaction and journal records in the General Ledger.
Analyze the Punch Pass Revenue Report
Whenever a punch pass is scanned, or if you manually adjust the count on a punch pass membership tile, the system creates a general ledger (GL) journal record of the change in attendance. The punch pass revenue report displays these journal records which you can filter, group, print, or export.
